What exactly counts as a "site"?
One physical production location. Two buildings on the same campus sharing one planning team count as one site. A separate factory in another city or country is a second site.
What counts as a production line?
Each line in the plant’s line list. If you have not declared a list yet, it is the plant’s line count plus any other line name your orders use. When a save would take a plant over the limit of its plan, the system does not save it and tells you; data you already have is never blocked.
How are accounts counted?
Only accounts that can create or edit data count: active ones plus invitations that have not expired. View-only accounts are unlimited and free. Disabled accounts and revoked or expired invitations do not count either.
Where is our data kept, and who can read it?
Plus and Pro run on shared infrastructure, but the data of every organisation is encrypted with its own key and kept apart from every other organisation; backups are sealed with a key that is never kept on the server. Enterprise — Dedicated instance gives you your own server and database. The details are on the Security page.
What happens when the trial ends?
The service stops, but your administrators can still subscribe, view and download the data for 7 days. After that the organisation and its data are deleted automatically. We email you before the trial ends, when it ends, and the day before deletion.
How do we pay from Vietnam?
Pay in advance by bank transfer, or by card through the online payment link we email you. We email a receipt for every payment. The price shown is what you pay; no VAT is added. If your accounting needs a VAT invoice (hóa đơn GTGT), contact us before you order.
